yeah! finally off tml! dunno next wk will off which day leh..hmm

wah. actually at minitoon gt lots of things to learn sia..
1) opening and closing
2) the value walk
3) customer service checklist
4) weekly report
5) monthly report
6) MS and MSR analysis
7) sales analysis..........
more to go...... so much things to learn leh...

my LO came visit me today.. haaa.. he ask me,"do u hav anything that u wan me to tell your manager?" i was like thinking abt it for a while... and ans "no?" haaa
is like me and my manager dun hav any communication problems.. haa! anything i can jus say it to my manager ma. haa! 真奇怪。

now is like no life... wrking 5 full days out of 7.. so tiring.... haiz.. hope that the ITP faster finish ba.. or else is like living in the hell days.

hey.so long nv blog le...

hmm.. nw i having ITP( attachment) at imm minitoons.

haiz.. it is already the 7th day of my ITP.

complain? hmm
working full time is fun. however, we must see which in charge we are working with...
e.g. on thur and fri, i'm working with S. Even though she is nonchalent, but she will try her best to compliment the staff if they had done well or invited sales to come in... ( bingo! excellence!) these r the two words she uses.... i can say that she is not strict, but she has her own way of letting me feel very willing to work for her eventhough sometimes she does nt really serve customer.. so, i will try my best to help her chiong for sales.... and she will feel satisfied and i will feel satisfied too.. compliment will keeps one happy for the whole day.

WHEREAS

e.g. on sat, i'm working with LW as S is on urgent leave. LW will ask us to encourage customer to buy more items as it will help the sales quite alot.. yea, i agree.. but, she is really too much... today, i sold 3 expensive items to 1 customer which cost $220+, she didnt even compliment anything.. she just said:" wow! celine 你好厉害喔!快,快帮我去serve customer!快快!" that moment, i'm very happy too.... but... in her mind, she only thinks about sales and hitting target. nvm.
after a while, i try to be as aggresive to serve the customers. however, she keeps on saying and reminding us to push the customer to buy more, and at the cashier, she keeps on telling me to 'kill' the customer. i was like..... i'm damn fed up with her... do u think every customer will buy whenever u push them to buy more?? i've already tried my best to upsell the items to customer already.. and u keeps on telling me we still gt hw much to hit 2.5 or 5%, ask me to 'kill' them more....LW keeps comparing with the last week sales and wanted to do more than that! humph! last week u gt how many staff working? this week only 3 full time and 1 part time(till 5pm). expect higher sales? no man! WTHWTHWTHWTH. WTF. after break, i was like not much mood want to help her push her sales alr, but she keeps on..................... aiya WHATEVER! I DUN GIVE A DAMN. I HAV TO FAKE THE SMILE AND PRETENDING THAT I AM TALKING TO A FRIENDLY CUSTOMER.

i'm not getting any commission and y i hav to help u in an extra mile and i've alr tried my best? i'm only getting a pay of 800 before CPF deduction, no commission, no OT pay, no PH pay. u all r the one to get the commission.. y i need to chiong so hard to help u hit? thinking of it i feel so sad and upset with u. i nv say anything does not mean that i dun care ok. is jus that u r a supervisor, i wanna respect u and i don't wan to hurt our friendship.. 人的忍耐度是有限的. know u so long alr, still like that. u r more and more like LM alr. even LM also nv really cares about what i'm doing as long as there r customer service..

i definitely won't work for this company after i grad. even if they r giving me a damn high pay, i will also reject their offer. this kind of company not worth staying.. the boss don't even knw what the staff r really doing...
maybe is i'm too sensitive about the issue or smth.. i dunno. but this is only what i think...so jus take it as I 发牢骚吧!=(
